Tier1/HSMP - Highly Skilled Migrant Program

The HSMP Program is run on a points basis, it was developed by the UK Government to allow Highly Skilled Individuals entry into the UK without an offer of Employment so they would be free to source out employment on arrivial. Work Permit Applications

We offer a variety of solutions with regards to Work Permit Applications. We process both Tier 1 & Tier 2 applications. We charge a flat fee with no hidden costs we operate on a single fee basis guaranteeing your application if it’s not successful first time round we will resubmit free of charge. All costs of resubmitting are covered by Visa Work Permits. Work permits (UK) application fees are payable by either the Candidate or the Employer on all initial applications. Due to a number of changes made by the BIA work permit applications based on the minimum skills criteria of 3 years experience @ NVQ 3 will be no longer processed on a “No win No Fee” basis, and will be subject to a administration fee on submission.
