Tier 2 General Guidance Notes

Our Tier 2 Guidance notes our currently out of date and currently being updated. We are also developing new Tier 1 Guidance notes too. please bare with us and we will announce shortly once they are available for download again.

Visas - Further Leave to Remain

Tier1/HSMP - Highly Skilled Migrant Program

The HSMP Program is run on a points basis, it was developed by the UK Government to allow Highly Skilled Individuals entry into the UK without an offer of Employment so they would be free to source out employment on arrivial. More information can be obtained from our HSMP Guidance notes or sent us an email for a free assessment check.

Tier 2 Sponsored Applications

We offer a variety of solutions with regards to Tier 2 Applications. We charge a flat fee with no hidden costs we operate on a single fee basis. UK Border Agency application fees are not included within our fee structure and are payable directly to BIA by either the Candidate or the Employer on all applications. Due to a number of changes made by the UK Border Agency all applications based on the minimum skills criteria of 3 years experience @ NVQ 3 are not processed on a “No win No Fee” basis, and will be subject to a administration fee on submission.
